Jim Julien

Jim is an accredited “Certified Building Official” and a Certified Home Inspector.

He has conducted more than 400 residential and commercial building inspections, and has provided service to the Lincoln County HRA, as well as the cities of Avoca, Balaton, Boyd, Dovray, Echo, Fulda, Garvin, Ghent, Hanley Falls, Hatfield, Holland, Hendricks, Ivanhoe, Lake Wilson, Madison, Minneota, Russell, Sherburn, and Springfield.

Jim and his wife live in Garvin, where Jim also serves as Mayor.
