Jim Julien

Jim is an accredited “Certified Building Official” and a Certified Home Inspector, in addition to being a Certified Lead Supervisor.

He has conducted more than 300 residential and commercial building inspections, and provides services to the Lincoln County HRA and Custer Township, as well as the cities of Avoca, Dovray, Echo, Fulda, Garvin, Hatfield, Holland, Hendricks, Lake Wilson, Madison, Minneota, Sherburn, and Springfield.

Jim and his family live in Garvin, where Jim also serves as Mayor.
