Jessica Gums, Services Coordinator
Jessica assists in the administration and implementation of various Housing & Redevelopment Authorities (HRA’s), Small Cities Development Program grants, and other projects with which DSI is involved.
Jessica assists in HRA management by coordinating tenant accounts receivable and applicant correspondence, managing tenant receipts and monthly rent sheets, entering deposits into the accounting system, and processing tenant income verifications among other accounting processes.
With regard to grant-related services, Jessica facilitates SCDP grant application processing, applicant and city clerk correspondence, manages grant files and maintains database management. Upon receipt of applications, Jessica processes income verifications, confirms all proper documentation for grant assistance is in order and monitors other general grant-related administrative services.
Jessica also assists in the coordination of the Jr. Achievement program in Lincoln County schools. She helps with the recruiting of volunteers, financial processes and fundraising.
