The Lincoln County HRA operates public rental housing in the communities of Arco, Ivanhoe, Hendricks, Tyler, and Verdi.

DSI provides full management of this housing project.

Two-story duplex units are available in 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom configurations, depending on availability. Rent is calculated on the basis of a tenant's income. Annual physical improvements are financed through HUD's Capital Funds Program in order to keep the units in top-quality condition.
