Lake Benton Housing & Redevelopment Authority

The Lake Benton HRA operates two forms of public housing in their community.

There are 20 units of ground-level rentals at the Benton Valley Manor which are 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom.

There are also five single-family rental houses which have a variety of bedroom arrangements. Rent is calculated according to income and HUD funds are used for annual physical improvement.

DSI provides full management of this housing project.
