The community of Lake Wilson faced a big dilemma when their public school closed -- how to make good use of their school building?

Working closely with the Lake Wilson Economic Development Authority (EDA) and Schwans Sales Enterprises of Marshall, DSI assisted in converting the building into a call center for Schwans.

Major renovations were needed in order to equip the facility to handle thousands of pre-order and product fulfillment phone calls.

DSI assisted by assembling the financing package for the project and providing building inspection services during the renovation. Funding came from Schwans, the EDA, _________, and ________.

The call center created ____ new jobs and is now the major employer in this community of 270 people.
