New Water Storage in Lynd, MNPhysical
Infrastructure

The backbone of a community can be its public infrastructure -- such as water treatment, water distribution, and sanitary sewer.

All too often, communities must face very high pricetags when it's time to replace or upgrade vital public utilities.

Streets and other improvements that are needed for new residential or commercial developments are similarly expensive.

A number of loan and grant sources are available for infrastructure projects. Together with local resources, a funding package can be assembled that will make your infrastructure project possible.

It's important to remember that grant and loan programs are more limited than they may have been in the past. This means two things. First. you need to be realistic and realilze that no single funding program is likely to pay for 100% of the cost of your project. Second, since there is more and more competition for limited dollars, DSI's experience with financial assistance programs could make all the difference in securing funding for the improvements your community needs.
