Over the years Development Services, Inc. has assisted the City of Ivanhoe with many community improvement projects. Included among these projects have been two Small Cities Development Grants totaling $_________. Added together these grants rehabilitated ____ owner-occupied houses, repaired ____ commercial buildings, and rehabbed _____ rental dwellings. We have also assisted the community to construct _____ units of market-rate rental apartments, plus other projects. Ivanhoe hosts the annual "Polska Kielbasa Days" celebration in recognition of the community's Polish heritage.

Development Services, Inc. wrote and administered a $________ Small Cities Development Grant in Springfield. This grant rehabilitated ____ owner-occupied houses and ____ commercial buildings. Since then, Springfield has been very active in using repaid Small Cities funds in order to do even more building rehab in the community. Springfield is noted for their annual outdoor Nativity Pageant that is held every Christmas season.

Minneota hosts the annual "Boxelder Bug Days" celebration and is the home of the internationally known author, Bill Holm.
